So all that "what's next on Rob Ford's agenda" stuff landed on OMB appeals?
This debate does highlight that current OMB process is ridiculous. But @JoshMatlow already passed a motion to deal with that.

Council just approved liquor license for Lebanese Nights event. Provided he doesn't misread the invitation, mayor will consider attending.
