Councillor Matlow’s motion that the city put a moratorium on encampment evictions until AFTER the Ombudsman’s recommendations are implemented was ruled out of order by Nunziata. Perks challenged the chair, arguing the city had a previous moratorium. Chair was upheld, 15-8.
