Councillor Perruzza notes there’s a vigil tonight that a lot of councillors want to attend, and maybe it’d be better to just call it quits now since they’re coming back tomorrow anyway. He made a good point, I guess. Vote to extend until 8 FAILS 13-10. It needed two-thirds.
