Technical #FactCheck - Councillor Matlow's #HousingNow site on MERTON is the "smallest Housing Now site in the city" of the Re-zoned & Awarded sites. Currently 18-storeys / 184 total units. However, Colle has a SMALLER site at Cedarvale LRT station (70 units), before up-zoning.
